Late Payment Clause - In the event that the client fails to make payment within 14 days from the due date specified in the invoice, the client shall be responsible for a late payment fee of 2% of the total invoice amount in USD. This fee shall accrue for each additional 14 days the payment remains outstanding, starting from the original due date.
