Inner Circle Member Agreement

 This Agreement is made effective for all purposes by and between Creativ Rise, A Division of Speers Collective Inc., hereinafter referred to as “the COMPANY” and the individual who consents to the transaction and checks the box, “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page”, hereinafter referred to as “The CLIENT” relating to the agreement(s) detailed below, hereinafter referred to as “The AGREEMENT(S).”

SERVICES: The COMPANY agrees to provide the following services: Creativ Rise Inner Circle and all the services listed in the package they purchased here.

FEES: The CLIENT agrees to pay The COMPANY in full for their purchase of the Creativ Rise Inner Circle. The CLIENT consents to following their payment plan as per selected in payment options for the Creativ Rise Inner Circle offer listed here. By clicking the “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page” the CLIENT agrees to fulfill their payment plan in full, on-time. If the CLIENT fails to fulfil their payment plan, they will be held legally liable until paid in full. Due to the nature of the Creativ Rise Inner Circle and the educational and experiential style it holds, any payment to be made will be non-refundable.

RETREAT FEES: The CLIENT acknowledges the COMPANY is not responsible for paying for the CLIENTS travel to and from the retreat. The CLIENT is responsible to pay for their retreat travel as well as pay for their individual room and the fees applied at the Creativ Rise Inner Circle Retreat. The CLIENT acknowledges the individual room cost will be subject to a maximum of $250/night.  

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: The CLIENT understands the payment schedule they selected will be billed automatically until their fees, applicable to their plan, are paid in full. 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the COMPANY and the CLIENT. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties. In the event that any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. Any agreement to waive one or more provisions of this agreement or any failure by one or both parties to enforce a provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of this agreement.

COPYRIGHTS: The Creativ Rise Inner Circle media, content and educational material produced by the COMPANY is protected by Canadian Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without the COMPANY’s explicitly written permission. Using, distributing and claiming the media, content and educational material will result in legal action against the CLIENT. 

MODEL RELEASE: The CLIENT hereby assigns the COMPANY the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photos and videos of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of media.

TERMINATION: The CLIENT agrees to the following statement and its repercussions. At any point the COMPANY recognizes a CLIENT to be a threat to the wellbeing, success, emotional and communal health of the Creativ Rise Inner Circle community at whole not limited to and including an individual member, the CLIENT is subject to termination with no funds to be paid out. The termination is at full control of the COMPANY. Termination includes but not limited to; removal from Creativ Rise platform and all the content it holds, removal from any community thread, removal from program and events moving forward.

Money Back Guarantee: The COMPANY stands firm on refunding any CLIENT in full of their purchase who has proof they have not received what the COMPANY has committed to provide to the CLIENT individually. The COMPANY is responsible TO the CLIENT but not for the CLIENT and their success. 

EARNINGS RELEASE: EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT OUR PRODUCTS AND THEIR POTENTIAL. EVEN THOUGH THIS INDUSTRY IS ONE OF THE FEW WHERE ONE CAN WRITE THEIR OWN CHECK IN TERMS OF EARNINGS, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL EARN ANY MONEY USING THE TECHNIQUES AND IDEAS IN THESE MATERIALS. YOUR LEVEL OF SUCCESS IN ATTAINING THE RESULTS CLAIMED IN OUR MATERIALS DEPENDS ON THE TIME YOU DEVOTE TO OUR PROGRAMS, IDEAS, AND TECHNIQUES MENTIONED, YOUR FINANCES, KNOWLEDGE, AND VARIOUS SKILLS. SINCE THESE FACTORS DIFFER ACCORDING TO THE INDIVIDUAL, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR SUCCESS OR INCOME LEVEL, NOR ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF YOUR ACTIONS.

MATERIALS IN OUR PRODUCTS AND ON OUR WEBSITE MAY CONTAIN INFORMATION THAT INCLUDES, OR IS BASED UPON, FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENTS.
